https://cimento.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/cimento-primeiro-semestre-2017.png612464As vendas de cimento no mercado interno brasileiro totalizaram 26,0 milhões de toneladas no primeiro semestre deste ano e o montante comercializado representa uma queda de 8,8% frente ao mesmo período do ano passado. Em 12 meses consecutivos, as vendas acumuladas totalizaram 54,9 milhões de toneladas, 9,8% menor do que nos 12 meses anteriores (julho/15 a junho/16). Em junho de 2017 foram vendidas 4,5 milhões de toneladas, uma queda de 8,6% em relação a junho de 2016. O presidente do SNIC, destaca a “dramática situação da indústria", que desde 2014 (último ano de crescimento) até junho de 2017 acumula uma queda de 23% em sua demanda. No mesmo período, o setor vem sofrendo impactos em seus importantes componentes de custos de produção e distribuição: combustíveis, energia elétrica e frete, já acumulam aumentos entre 20 e 40% em seus preços, além disso, a ociosidade impacta significativamente os custos fixos unitários. Os resultados alcançados no primeiro semestre mostram claros sinais de desaceleração na trajetória de queda. O setor vive a expectativa de resultados melhores nos próximos seis meses e tradicionalmente, o consumo de cimento alcança melhores resultados no segundo semestre. Na última semana, na região nordeste, alguns grupos cimenteiros anunciaram reajustes em seus preços, variando entre 8,5 a 10%. Em algumas capitais da região, especificamente naquelas onde novas plantas foram construídas nos últimos anos, os preços de CIMENTO indicados pelo CBIC, praticados para as construtoras ao final do mês de maio/17, são os mesmos praticados no ano de 2002, defasados há 15 anos. Essa defasagem não se aplica somente ao cimento, também o AÇO CA 50 de 10 mm, por exemplo, nas mesmas capitais, também apresentam defasagens de preços, porém retroagindo ao ano de 2008 e não 2002 como no caso do cimento.
